The IWCF (International Well Control Forum) Well Intervention Training is a globally recognized certification designed to equip oil and gas professionals with the knowledge and practical skills required to safely manage well intervention operations. Level 3 – Well Intervention Supervisor / Operational Level
The Level 3 certification is designed for personnel involved in the planning and execution of well intervention operations, including well intervention supervisors, engineers, and operational personnel. The course provides a comprehensive understanding of well intervention principles, well barriers, pressure control equipment, well integrity, intervention procedures, and risk management. Participants develop the knowledge and practical skills required to identify and respond effectively to well control situations during intervention operations.
Level 4 – Well Intervention Senior Supervisor / Advanced Level
The Level 4 certification is intended for senior well intervention personnel, supervisors, engineers, and decision-makers responsible for managing complex well intervention operations. The course focuses on advanced well control and intervention principles, barrier management, pressure control, operational planning, risk assessment, and decision-making during challenging well intervention scenarios.
