Description:

The ISO 22000:2018 Food Safety Management System (FSMS) Lead Auditor Course provides participants with the competence and confidence to plan, conduct, report, and follow up audits of Food Safety Management Systems in accordance with ISO 22000:2018, ISO 19011:2018, and the audit requirements of ISO/IEC 17021-1.

This intensive, practice-driven course builds the skills needed to evaluate food safety controls, verify compliance across the food supply chain, and lead an audit team effectively during first-, second-, and third-party audits.

Through a blend of lectures, real-life case studies, group activities, and mock audits, participants gain a deep understanding of food safety risks, HACCP-based controls, PRPs, and the process approach required by the standard. The course concludes with a formal written examination to assess competency.

Successful participants receive a Lead Auditor Certificate, enabling them to perform and lead certification audits for FSMS.
