A number of projects were executed for a large number of public and private sector entities that covered process analysis and organizational restructuring for to enhance process efficiency and effectiveness, QA and Excellence, Performance Management, compliance with various ISO standards, and e-government and automation.
The projects included the following services:
Development and implementation of operational management systems and services in line with e-government and automation of key or all services. This includes full re-engineering and integration of work flow design into processes
Development and Implementation of IT solutions to automate services, including full work flow systems with archiving.
Development and implementation of integrated systems to manage knowledge for expert applications, e.g. municipal infrastructure management and planning, urban planning systems. These systems typically combined Geographic Information Systems, Database applications, and Object (images and other) management.
Development and implementation of operational management systems and services in line with international standards and best practice such as Quality, Sustainability, Social Responsibility, EFQM and other.
