The ANSI H₂S Instructor Course / Hydrogen Sulphide (H₂S) Train the Trainer Course is a specialized program designed for safety professionals and trainers tasked with educating workers on the hazards and safe handling of Hydrogen Sulphide. Structured around the ANSI/ASSE Z390.1-2017 Standard – Accepted Practices for Hydrogen Sulfide (H₂S) Training Programs, this course equips participants with the knowledge, skills, and instructional techniques necessary to deliver compliant and effective H₂S training.
Participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of H₂S properties, detection methods, exposure limits, regulatory requirements, emergency response procedures, and the correct use of personal protective equipment. In addition, the course emphasizes adult learning principles and instructional best practices to ensure trainers can effectively communicate life-saving information in high-risk environments.
